All orders are shipped within the United States only.

Orders are typically processed and packed within 3 to 5 business days before they ship. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation once your order is on its way.

Shipping cost is a flat rate of $5.99 per order, calculated at checkout.

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the carrier’s current transit times, and are separate from our processing time above.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your diamond art painting! Because these are craft items, we’re only able to accept returns or exchanges for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn’t what you ordered, please contact us at denasdiamondnook@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the issue if possible, and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the issue is confirmed. If the problem was on our end (damaged, defective, or wrong item), we’ll also cover the cost of return shipping.

We’re unable to accept returns for diamond art paintings that have been opened or used, except in the cases above.
